Arlinda Ilazi is the program director of the Multicultural Association - Tetovo. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Languages, Cultures and Communications at the University of Southeast Europe, where she is currently studying for a master's degree in marketing. Her entire experience is focused on civil rights through the promotion of youth activism and participation in the decision-making process and the development of cultural and interethnic tolerance and cooperation. She has experience with a number of projects, research and analysis and is the editor of several publications. Actively works in the field of Free Legal Aid.
