Konstantin Bitrakov holds a master's degree in law (field: administrative law) with a bar exam and a doctorate from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade. Professionally, he performs scientific and administrative work as an associate at the Center for Strategic Research at the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts, but is also active in the NGO sector.
