Milcho Balevski was born in Skopje in 1992. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana, where he is currently studying for a master's degree. His personal interests are the sphere of constitutional law and legal theory. He has participated in several court simulations in the field of constitutional law and in conferences and seminars in the field of sports law.
