Risto Solunchev graduated and received his master's degree and a doctorate from the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje. He is currently working as an associate professor at the Institute of Philosophy, Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje, and teaches New Philosophy, German Classical Philosophy and Contemporary Philosophy. He wrote essays in domestic and foreign journals in the fields of philosophy, aesthetics, and culturology. He was a columnist for Forum magazine.
