Vlatko Mitkovski is a graduate philologist in Macedonian literature and Croatian language and literature. Scholar and participant in the Slavic School at the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb, Republic of Croatia. Permanent court translator from Macedonian to Croatian and vice versa. He is currently a Master's student in Strategic Communications Management at the Institute of Communication Studies. Many years of work experience in the Ministry of Interior in the field of international cooperation where he currently manages the bilateral cooperation of the Ministry. He is particularly interested in public diplomacy, foreign security policy, negotiations, lobbying and crisis communication.
